工業系の組織団体の会則の英文和訳をやっています。その中で
「Prohibition against private inurement」というClauseがでてきま
した。
この「privete inurement」がどういう日本語に相当するのかわかりま
せん。
英文サイトにしかでておらず、「インサイダー取引などで不当に利益
を得ること」のようです。
ご教示のほど、よろしくお願いします。

すみません、言葉足らず過ぎました。
そのclauseの内容は、以下のとおりです。

No part of the net earnings of the Corporation shall inure to
the benefit of, or be distributable to, its Members, Directors
or trustees, officers, or other private persons, except that
the Corporation shall be authorized and empowered to pay
reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make
payments and distributions in furtherance of the purposes of
the Corporation.

「個人的使用の禁止」ぐらいでもよいのでしょうか？

「private inurement」
NPOなど何らかの利益を得ることを目的としない団体などで、
構成員が出資など出したより、多くを獲得して得する
ことを指し、prohibitionはそれを禁止する規定のようです。
日本語としては、
「個人に対する利益供与」
