ある機関の紹介文を訳していますが、１．卸売市場機能強化緊急促進委託事業２．中央卸売市場情報事務処理設備新設事業基本計画策定業務などという表現が出てきました。苦し紛れに１．Contract project of urgent promotion of functional enhancement of wholesale market ２．Working out basic plan for construction of business processing facility for information of the central whole sale market と訳してみましたが自信がありません。アドバイスをお願いします。

記事番号3914へのコメント >１．卸売市場機能強化緊急促進委託事業 >２．中央卸売市場情報事務処理設備新設事業基本計画策定業務私もそんなに自信があるわけではありませんが、次のような感じの表現でご参考になるでしょうか。なお、delegatedとかassignedとすると、委託したのか、委託されたのかはっきりしなくなりますが、前後の趣旨等からわかるのであれば delegated toとか delegated byのところまで言及しなくてもいいような気がします。 A delegated project (business/work) for urgent reinforcement (enhancement) and promotion of the function of the wholesale market A project assigned to urgently reinforce (enhance) and promote the function of the wholesale market A work to establish (set up/form) a basic (fundamental) plan (scheme) for a new project to install (construct/develop/institute/form) information processing facilities for the central wholesale market
