を読むと、"two-pointed" arrow は、「←→」の形の矢印のこと
で、"four-pointed" arrow は、先が東西南北の四方向を向いて
いる矢印のことだと思われます。

また、『海野さんの辞典』には「a double-headed arrow ＝ 両方
向の矢印」の記述があり、"two-pointed" は "double-headed" の
別の言い方のように思えるため、"two-pointed" arrow は「両方向
の矢印」でよいのかも知れません。

ただし、「両方向の矢印」が実際にどのように呼ばれることが多い
か（例えば、「両方向矢印」、「双方向矢印」など）は、私にはわ
かりません。
