eitherの位置について質問します。
最近、というか以前にもあったのですが、eitherの位置について迷っていま
す。

This document will assist you in configuring the application
software on
your system after it has been successfully installed either via
the re-install media,
or if it has been shipped pre-installed from the vendor.

というような文なのですが、
これは、文法的にはeither via.... or if....ですが、内容的に考える
と、
either after.... or if...と考えるほうが自然なのです。

このような解釈は許されるのでしょうか。
