rotoさん、はじめまして。
"upward titration"だと「漸増」と訳されることも多いみたいです（ち
なみにこの反対だと漸減）。
"upward titration"も"uptitration"も同じことやろう、ということ
で、この言葉も使えませんか？

2日も経っているので遅すぎるかと思ったんですが、また何かの役に立
ててください。
