続けてですが規程翻訳に関する質問です。

企業監査員に必要な能力として「社会配慮の基礎」というのがあるのですが
「環境配慮」の "environment"を"society"に置き換えてもいいものでしょ
うか？　

下記を参考に"society-conscious"とすると「社会問題に対する意識」とい
う感じで、しっくりず悩んでしまいました。　

監査というと「社会的影響への配慮」、「地域社会への配慮」のニュアンス
で訳したほうがいいのでしょうか？

Job Responsibilities

The Job:
The candidate will be a part of a Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER)
Audit team at Logitech.

This team is responsible for assessing in-house and supplier conformance with
requirements of labour, ethics, environment, health & safety as outlined by local
legislation, the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct (EICC) and Logitech SER
Principles of Conduct..
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Audit Preparation
Conduct SER related supplier information research and analysis and identify areas
of SER risk in the supply chain.
Create templates, reports and tools as needed to achieve effective audit
performance.
Draft and document SER Audit procedures and standards as needed.
B. Audit Activities & Team Support
Act as team leader, or an audit section leader reporting to the team leader, as
required, during SER compliance audits.
Provide audit reports to the audit team for comment and to the Manager SER
Compliance Audits in a timely manner following audits and in accordance with SER
enforcement plans.
Escalate findings in accordance with the defined requirements and comply with
Logitech policies
Participate as a team member in SER certification and SER customer audits as
required.
Perform other assignments as directed by the Sr. Manager SER
C. Audit Follow-up, Supplier Reporting and Monitoring Responsibilities
Regularly update individual supplier SER risk assessment criteria
Review and provide inputs to the supplier SER audit forecast and SER audit
schedule
Produce regular status, progress, performance and ad hoc reports as needed
Monitor ongoing supplier audit and corrective action activity to generate supplier
performance profiles.

Job Skills
University degree and 6 to 8 years (in a senior role) or 3 to 4 years (in an auditor
role) experience in industry or with a large audit firm.
Familiarity with working conditions and an ability to interpret Federal and local
Labor law in S.E. Asia is a distinct advantage
Knowledge of best practice in the areas of labour, ethics, environment and health
& safety would be an asset

The successful candidates will possess;
Excellent analytical skills and effective interpersonal and organizational skills
High standard of ethical behaviour, in particular as it relates to dealing with
sensitive information and confidentiality

みなさま

私がなぜ社会的配慮を社会的責任まで拡大したかと言いますと：
配慮することは「社会的責任を果たすこと」の一部である
auditorが持つべき能力と言う文脈ですから「企業が背負っている社会的責任」まで視野が届
かないと監査員は勤まらないだろう
と考えたからです。

つまり「配慮」が「社会的責任を果たすのに十分かどうか」をチェックするのが監査員の役
目だと思うのです。
